Vacuum cast items can be colored and toned in accordance with color sample.
This colored vacuum casting process enables the production of prototype models with precise color matching and fine surface textures.
By adjusting pigments during the casting stage, a wide range of visual effects can be achieved—from transparent and pearl finishes to vivid solid colors.
Since the material itself is colored during molding, it offers an appearance closer to mass-produced parts compared to painted samples.
This technology is ideal for visual design verification models and industrial design prototypes.

Liquid casting material is injected into the silicone rubber mold in a vacuum environment.
The silicone mold is cut open into a male and female mold, and the master model is removed.
The master model is fixed to a wooden frame and silicone is poured to create a mold.
